Sue mentioned some considerations eg. how far back and how big the section.
Lance suggested for case studies to be done in questionnaire form so it will be standardised, and to have a minimum of 4 case studies from different companies, to prevent any show of endorsement.
Lance reminded that where companies are mentioned, UN/CEFACT will need agreement from the mentioned organisation for the information to be published.
Hanane suggested to add stats.
Kay summarised to put the Lessons learnt in annex under Case Studies.
Aljosja clarified “Proof of identity” wording comes from blockchain concepts, but these requirements could apply to non-blockchain system.
Sue seconded that if doing this electronically, we have to bring in the trust framework, legal framework, identity considerations to make sure the same thing can happen (vs Paper Bill of lading).
