Progress on draft of MLETR whitepaper from UN/CEFACT Experts.

90min	Draft	all	Kay proceeds to clarify some questions in Section 2. Kay will also check with some local UN/CEFACT registered experts on the draft.
5min	Other Matters		Edmund enquired if there will be a discussion during the UN/CEFACT forum in May, Tahseen recommended to share the whitepaper (even if published) during the forum meeting.

Action items

Next conference call, in 3 weeks time, to progress on MLETR draft.
