  • Kay enquired regarding document format and was informed editors will look into format, wordings (eg. gender neutral).
  • Chapter 4: consensus mechanism using mathematical principles
  • Tahsheen suggested at this time the principles of authentication might be what mention, but we can add a note for future technologies.
  • Other items includes discussed ownership verification service pros and cons-will not be discussed in this paper,  the term “owner” in this draft is not in legal sense, not use the word “holder”, please refer to latest notes.
