Special Note
- Concerning the request for two new UN/LOCODEs for terminals in ports, supported by the Columbia National Focal Point, it is agreed to suggest to using SMDG child code to identify the terminals.
- EU-Public office's one request is approved.
- Mr. Jaume Bagot to contact NFP for review the existing code list and the secretariat to send a template of DMR in format of Excel.
- The secretariat to send a reminder to register the next UN/LOCODE Advisory Group Annual Meeting, whose deadline is advanced to 17 October 2019.
- INTTRA to clean up the DMRs
- Mr. Abdulla to review three DMRs for modification. His request for a new code was approved.
- Because of technical problem, the requests from Nepal will be reviewed after the meeting.
- Hapag-Llord explained their requests by demonstrating their system. The secretariat suggest to sharing a demonstration with the UN/LOCODE Re-engineering Project team.
- Discussion on IATA column. If the location has more than one airports, it is not enough to use this column to address discrepancies between UN/LOCODE and IATA airport codes.
