A little bit about me

Mr. Khan M. F. Salehin has more than ten years of experience in trade and private sector development at various international organizations in Europe and Asia. He is currently working for the Economic Cooperation and Trade Division of the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) as Associate Information Officer. He is also the Domain Coordinator of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement (WTO TFA) domain at International Trade Procedures (ITP PDA) at the UN Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT). Prior to joining UNECE in 2014, he worked for UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) for four years. He has extensive experience in economic analysis and managing technical assistance and capacity building projects on Trade Facilitation with a strong focus in developing countries including LDCs and transition economies. He also worked for International Finance Corporation (IFC), and International Labour Organization (ILO) in Dhaka, delivering business advisory services for agricultural value chains. He holds an MA in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, the Hague.
