  • Progress on draft of MLETR whitepaper from UN/CEFACT Experts.

  • To continue on Chapter 3, starting with 3.4 Conferral of Exclusive Control and Preclusion of Double-Spending.
  • Edits were made to “Central registry”on person be identifiable over the system. (kindly check latest doc for actual updates)
  • The word “owner” to be referred as technical jargon and not in the legal sense. Miriam suggested to explain the technical terms in document.
  • Miriam explained ownership is not at the level of authentication, one could have access to the system, but still be legally recognised as the owner of something in the system. One can have the title of something without having control. Though Tahseen reminded in the para, it relates to technical of how one is authenticated to get an access. (kindly check latest doc for actual updates)
