Export Packing List

Project Details
The data exchange of Export Packing Lists is a data exchange to support sellers providing transport services providers with shipment delivery information. The data requirements to support this data exchange is well covered within the UN/CEFACT Core Component Library and the Supply Chain Reference Data Model. However, many trading partners still have a document-centric approach to data exchange such as the HANMOV UN/EDIFACT UNSM which was developed to cover these requirements. Also, this data exchange is not very visible on the UN/CEFACT website and could benefit from the documentation of the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and Core Component based data exchange structure. The project will develop business requirements and document these into a BRS and will also prepare a CCBDA message structures for the Export Packing List data exchange.Project purpose

This message should be proposed and maintained as subsets of the existing UN/CEFACT Supply Chain Reference Data Model (SCRDM).
